🔁 1. Return Due to Dislike / Personal Reason:

If you receive the correct product but simply do not like it for any personal reason, you may return it under the following conditions:

You must cover the delivery (courier) charge.

The product must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition.

The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.


🚚 2. Wrong / Incorrect Product Delivered:

If we mistakenly send you the wrong product:

You will not have to pay any delivery charges for returning the item.

We will arrange for the return and redelivery at our own cost.

Please inform us immediately upon delivery with photo proof, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


❌ 3. Order Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you must inform us immediately via Messenger or WhatsApp.

Delays in informing us may lead to the order being processed, in which case it cannot be canceled.

Once the product has been dispatched, the standard return policy will apply.
