Customers must check and verify the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
Once the delivery is accepted, no complaints regarding damage, defect, or missing items will be entertained.

If you wish to return a product, you must do so by covering the delivery (courier) charge.

Return requests will only be accepted if the product is unworn, unused, and in original condition.
